As we spend more time at home, this is an ideal opportunity to come together for a virtual kickback to openly discuss mental health, share how we’re developing and managing new communication styles, and talk through how we’re escaping the social media pressure to be productive. This discussion will be moderated by Jenifer Smith, a therapist and mental health professional.

This will be an audience engaged Q&A so make sure you’re camera ready!
