Registration is closed

Join Thursday Network at our Kickback and Giveback Event to support Girls on the Run, a youth empowerment  organization that inspires thousands of young girls of all abilities in D.C. and Prince George’s County, to recognize and embrace their inner strength through a confidence building curriculum taught through training for a biannual  5k.

Membership Deputy, Kelsey Times, will be hosting members in the large outdoors courtyard of her apartment complex where we will enjoy music, snacks, drinks and good weather while we package medals and t-shirts and make congratulatory posters for the 5k runners. Then in pairs or small groups, we will deliver the packages to runners throughout the city. Please note that all deliveries will be located in Washington, D.C. and the majority of locations are in Ward 4. While not required, access to a car is encouraged!

After all deliveries are completed, members will have the option to return to our original meet-up spot for additional fellowship.

Please note space is limited, so sign up today! We can’t wait to serve with you! To learn more about Girls on the Run DC, visit their website  here.

Note: Please be advised that in the case of rain, we will relocate our kickback to an indoor location.
