As CDC guidance has recently changed and businesses begin to operate at full capacity, this may lead to feelings of both anxiety and excitement. Although normal, these emotions of anticipation and uncertainty can create a level of added stress to anyone heading back outdoors.

Please join us for a short spark talk as we hear from three different individuals who will be able to discuss the anxiety of heading back to the force, managing your home office and the importance of sleep.
