National Day of Service: DJ Clinic

  • 05/06/2022
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • 2901 14th St. NW , Washington DC 20009

National Day of Service (NDoS) is the National Urban League Young Professionals’ signature community service initiative bringing together NULYP chapters nationwide for a momentous day of unified community impact around the theme of S.T.E.A.M. Education and Careers. NDOS 2022 is centered on the NUL’s education and jobs agenda items, and the role that science, technology, engineering (arts and agriculture), and mathematics (STEM/STEAM) play in economic development.

As part of this year's NDOS, Thursday Network will host a DJ Clinic on Friday, May 6, from 6pm - 8pm. The clinic will focus on teaching youth, between the ages 8 -18, the science behind mixing and matching beats, the art of sound, and how being themselves can create a career in this technology focused career field.
