For our final General Body Meeting of the year, we will dedicate our time to explore the significance of gratitude. Licensed Therapist Daniya Nixon will join us to share how gratitude promotes positive mental well-being, strategies to incorporate gratitude into our daily lives, and how to remain grateful even during challenging times. Following the discussion, we will engage in a collective gratitude exercise. Join us as we end the year on a positive note. Please note the slightly revised GBM itinerary:

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Networking & Refreshments
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Program
8:00 pm: Post-GBM Social at Cafe Saint Ex (1847 14th ST NW Washington, DC 20009)
