Thursday Network (TN) is teaming up with The Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL) to spearhead the "I Empower" Scholarship process. This scholarship initiative is dedicated to offering educational opportunities to high school seniors and college students.

During the event, volunteers will work together to evaluate applicants based on eligibility criteria, including GPA, income, and a demonstrated commitment to service. The objective is to identify deserving candidates who align with the scholarship's goals, providing a comprehensive overview of each applicant's qualifications.

By the end of the event, the 2024 GWUL scholarship recipients will be chosen using a predetermined scoring guide. Refreshments will be provided. Come prepared with your laptop and headphones.
