Join Thursday Network, in partnership with AvalonBay, for a joyous celebration of freedom and community at our Juneteenth Picnic on June 23, 2024! This family-friendly event will be filled with games, delicious food, and fun activities for all ages. We invite members to come together to honor the historical significance of Juneteenth and enjoy a day of fellowship and cultural celebration.

Event Highlights:

Games and Activities: Enjoy a variety of family-friendly games such as sack races, tug-of-war, three-legged races, and arts and crafts stations.
Delicious Food: Savor traditional African American cuisine at our picnic-style food stations and food trucks, which will offer a range of delectable options.
Live Music: Groove to the beats of live music and enjoy vibrant dance performances showcasing African American heritage.
