  • Come out and join us to support a wonderful cause with KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now). KEEN is an organization which empowers youth with disabilities to engage in fun physical activities, supporting the overall health and well-being of all participants.

TN volunteers will have a couple opportunities to give back. In the morning, we'll be engaging with children aged 5-12 years old with sports activities of the child or volunteer’s choice in the gymnasium. Activities include, but are not limited to, hula hoop, basketball, walking, soccer, carts, frisbee and more! This is an opportunity to share the joy of physical activity and help kids develop their skills in a fun, inclusive environment. Your enthusiasm and encouragement will make a lasting impact on these young lives.

Later in the afternoon, we'll be partnering with young adults with disabilities for a bowling session. This is a chance to engage, socialize, and create an atmosphere of acceptance and camaraderie through the beloved game of bowling.

Registration: Create a profile and register to volunteer for one or more event time slots ahead of Dec 15th. Please see the links below.
