Thursday Network invites you to serve as a mentor for the 2025 Empowerment Academy Mentorship Program. This mentorship program will focus on personal development, college readiness, career exploration and healthy living. The Empowerment Academy will support students by providing mentors to lead sessions focused on “Identity, Empowerment & Networking”, “Personal Development and Wellness", “Leadership and Advocacy” and “Community Engagement and Service”.

During this mentorship orientation session, you will learn more about how the program will be facilitated, your role and program expectations.

Founded in 1992, Thursday Network is comprised of over 200 young professionals committed to serving the Washington Metropolitan area through community programs and partnership that address the Empowerment Goals of the National Urban League. The mission of TN is to provide a forum for young adults, ages 21 – 40, to focus their energies on community service, professional development, and political involvement.
