Join Thursday Network for our monthly General Body Meeting, where young professionals come together to connect, learn, and engage around issues impacting our community.
When the spotlight turns on and every word matters — how will you lead?
The Crisis Room is a high-intensity leadership simulation designed as executive rehearsal for real-world pressure. This is not a speaker series. There are no slides. You are not in the audience.
You and your team will step into a realistic organizational crisis with limited information, mounting scrutiny, and decisions that must be made in real time. As new developments unfold, you’ll be responsible for stabilizing the situation, aligning internal strategy, and delivering a public response under pressure — culminating in a live press conference moderated by the Public Relations Committee.
Participants will be challenged to:
-
Think like an executive under scrutiny
-
Control the narrative as events evolve
-
Make decisions with incomplete information
-
Communicate clearly while managing risk
-
Maintain composure in the hot seat
Expect breakout war rooms, real-time scenario updates, and fast-moving decision cycles that mirror the pace of leadership in complex environments.
This experience is designed to sharpen judgment, strengthen executive presence, and build confidence in moments where leadership is tested.
You’ll leave with practical frameworks, deeper self-awareness, and a clearer understanding of how you show up when the stakes are high — not just as a participant, but as a leader.
Designed for those who want to be tested, not just inspired.
Networking and refreshments will begin at 6:45 PM, followed by the program at 7:00 PM. Afterward, join us for a post-GBM social nearby.
