Join us on February 4th from 3-4pm for an exhilarating Sunday workout class led. Step into something beyond the ordinary as Lori Perkins guides us through the passion of movement with the spirit of Renaissance! This special session is designed to celebrate the era of intuitive expression and rebirth through movement.

Come prepared to sweat! Make sure you're ready for the workout by wearing exercise-appropriate shoes and workout clothing.
