Navigating cultural differences in the workplace is undeniably challenging. Whether stemming from generational gaps, ethnic diversity, religious distinctions, or various gender identities and sexual orientations, these conflicts can be especially difficult to navigate, causing anxiety and stress.  In observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, Thursday Network will create a safe space during our May General Body Meeting to facilitate open discussion on these topics and come up with constructive solutions. Networking and refreshments will begin at 6:30 pm, followed by the program at 7:00 pm, and concluding with a post-event social at Yard House. We also invite you to bring canned good or non perishable food items to support Thursday Network’s Food Pantry.
